  I was surprisingly disappointed with my rapid pick up order. When I returned to the office, I noticed they had forgotten the soup. I called and there were more than cordial about delivering the soup. I hung up and took a bite of my sandwich and was blown away to discover, there was not a single thing on my sandwich except a slice of tomato and 2 pieces of onions. (not even a hint of meat at all). Seriously, $8 for a meatless steak sandwich. I called right back and they said they would deliver a new sandwich as well.
  We shall see. I do expect more from an organization such as Panera.

  Always enjoy panera. This location is nice, can be crowded but staff is very nice.

  Burnt my breakfast sandwich and was the last bun they had. Bad luck, but they accommodated well enough.
